My goal was to finish in under 1:50, but I was happy with the result as a measure of improvement over the past year.
I started running in April 2014 and ran this race last year after a full year of running and again this year after 2 years of running.
In 2015 my time was 2:11:32 compared to 1:50:24 this year, pace increased from 10:02 to 8:25. There's still lots of room for improvement but it's good to see progress.
